Review: Able Baker Fox - Voices
Posted on 2 February 2008 | 5 Comments
Listening to the recently released Voices from Able Baker Fox makes me wish I was also going to tonight’s Hot Water Music show at Metro in addition to last night’s (photos forthcoming). For those not already informed, Able Baker Fox is a collaboration between former members of The Casket Lottery, Coalesce, Small Brown Bike, and LaSalle so I really don’t even need to begin to describe just how amazing this record is. It is amazing, and sounds almost exactly like what you’d expect the sum of the parts to sound like. Voices is an incredibly tight and cohesive album full of impressively played post-hardcore. You need this album and can get it now from Second Nature Recordings.
