Minimal Electronic Goodies From the Record Pile

There’s nothing like some good minimal-techno, ambient, or other like-minded electronic music to chill you to the bone on a cold cold night such as this one tonight. And while I’m not any sort of electronic music junkie (and, thus, can’t really write/speak about it all that convincingly) I do fancy some good minimal-ish electronic music from time to time. Here is some of what’s been hanging around on my iPod recently. If you like any of the tunes below (I find it best to let the music do the talking in these sorts of situations) you’d be well served to pick up the album it’s from.

MP3 | Ellen Allien – Zauber Sool

MP3 | Rod Modell – Cloud Over Incense & Blacklight

MP3 | Klimek – For Ezekiel Honig & Young (pan) Americans Dedications

MP3 | Frank Bretschneider – Construction Shack Rhythm

MP3 | Sascha Funke – Mango Mango
