Let me just tell you that I fuckin’ hate Smash Mouth. But… isn’t “You Get What You Give” just a great song. Every single time I hear that song it gets stuck right between my left temple and my eardrum. Crazy how that works.

    weird. I can remember talking about Barbie girl to a friend on our way to the school’s swimming pool in the summer of 1997. I remember exactly where we were.

    Remember when I first heard (and saw) the video, for “Get What You Give” (A ‘Gadzooks’ Store in the Mall!) I was immediately reminded of the Jo Boxers Just Got Lucky, had the same kind of feel good vibe to it I guess.
