It came from the nineties (Vol. 44)

Even though The Cure’s “Friday I’m In Love” was released in 1992, they are a band that (IMHO) just screams of the eighties. It is a song that now makes it unacceptable for any other bands to name off the days of the week in any of their songs as doing so would just yield something of a “Friday…” ripoff no matter how good. Just like always, if you are looking for more, you can always just find “1990’s” in the drop down category list on the sidebar to find all the other posts in this series or just Stumble this post.
