It came from the nineties (Vol. 43)

The first “real” rock concert I remember attending was back in 1993 at the World Music Theater (which has since been called the Tweeter Center and currently goes by fucking ridiculous name of The First Midwest Bank Amphitheater). This was after going to see Bon Jovi and Extreme with my twin sister at the same venue only a few days prior. Anyhow, I went with my older brother and some of his friends to see Soul Asylum, Screaming Trees, and Spin Doctors. I was never a huge fan of those bands nor do I remember the show being that great but I do recall a ton of weed being smoked in the general admission lawn seats. Fo sho. Just like always, if you are looking for more, you can always just find “1990’s” in the drop down category list on the sidebar to find all the other posts in this series or just Stumble this post.
