It came from the nineties (Vol. 38)

So who wants to Stumbleupon this post? Someone evidently stumbled upon this post which links all previous posts as well. Hmm…. Anyhow, this one features “Labour Of Love” from Frente’s Marvin The Album. It is IMHO a seriously underrated 90’s pop album. Then you have Mazzy star’s “Fade Into You,” which is simply amazing.

    I used to love listening to Fade Into You, but never told anyone. I was too ashamed. Same goes for Lisa Loeb Stay.

    I think “Labour of Love” would have done better if it had actually “kicked in” with bass and drums at some point.
