It came from the nineties (Vol. 22)

This past Saturday night I went to go see my beloved Smoking Popes here in Chicago and (much to my surprise) met up with my old friend Mike and his lovely wife. Very unexpected since he now lives in Nashville and also because I hadn’t seen him since the day we graduated high school. It was nice to catch up with him. So this one (vol. 22) is now dedicated to Mike and Sarah. Fitting for this series of posts since at the same venue (Metro) back in high school saw the likes of Everclear, No Doubt, Sponge, Spacehog, Ruth Ruth, and more that I’m sure I’m forgetting.
