I just want to tell you that I’m sorta addicted to Twitter now even though it really has nothing to do with our last day without Amy at home. What is relevant (however) is that Hailey was a bit on the edgy/irritable side today; a sure sign that she is really missing her mommy. We played it cool by going for a jog, playing at the park, and reading a few books. Has anyone else seen this show? Cute, but that damn song is stuck in my head now. You know:
“The phone, the phone is ringing! There’s an animal in trouble… There’s an animal in twouble…”
So it’s 10PM on a Friday night and in about an hour I’m going to go upstairs to wake Hailey up so we can go pick mommy up from the airport. Both of us can’t wait for her to be home. In the meantime, I’m making coffee and listening to Law of the Land from Vancouver’s Carpenter. It is really good but Last.fm thinks I’m listening to The Carpenters. Seriously!
